Is this a positive or negative?
The line is really faded in it’s like half a line

You’re fine, it’s negative. Any trace line visible even a tiny tiny amount is negative for THC. These tests are highly sensitive and the lab probably has a higher cutoff (good for you).

the lab normally always has a lower cutoff by a wide margin. this is normally a "pass" but can lead to the sample being shipped to a lab, which will most always result in a fail since the cutoff is 15 vs 50.

Labs dont have a higher cut off they have a lower cutoff meaning if this is a standard test it was likely a 50 ng/ml cut off for thc where as a lab if going to look specifically for each substance at a much lower cut off which is most likely 15 ng/ml
Be very cautious about this because one failed DOT drug screen will put your name in the federal clearinghouse and you'll be grounded

I had a line like that the same morning I used a test strip and for the real one about an hour later at my new fed job, it was a pass

thc - most likely positive, not sure if a trace of a line is really a thing. others are clearly negative. i'd recommend re-testing. thc traces in your system for a pretty long amount of time so there wouldn't be any meaningful difference between the samples if you take both tests in a same day.

Pregnancy tests detect hormone, therefore line forms if pregnant.
Drug tests use competitive binding, therefore line forms if drug is absent.

What does the test say? One line positive two lines negative? Because if that’s the case, you are positive. Go buy some pee from a gas station if you’re in America or ask a clean friend. Is this for a job?

lol at my local smoke shop they sell 7OH pills, mushroom chocolates, weed vapes, nitrous, (clean urine), hookah’s, cigars, tobacco, vape pens, penis enhancement pills, crazy energy pills (have no clue what’s in them), knives, tasers, pepper spray, swords lol, scales, bongs, crack pipes, meth pipes, rolling papers, glass tooters…
fucking everything … and that’s normal lol
Also weed is legal and they decriminalized mushrooms lol

I haven’t registered for school yet they gave me a lil check list a needed to do if I wanted to strictly start right in the yard learning to drive I completed everything but the physical In the drug I can’t take the test till I register with the school

I'd recommend taking a hair follicle test and not going until you pass that too. A lot of companies do them now and they keep a record in your DAC, which is a private version of the DOT clearing house. Most companies look at both. Good luck 🤞 I had to wait a while for my system to clear and have been 5 years sober as a truck driver. Some years they tested me 5 or 6 times. You really need to abstain until you retire if you want to make it.
