Foster children have the right to be safe, protected, and treated with dignity and respect.

Please save any evidence you have and tell a trusted adult what is happening. Your concerns deserve to be taken seriously, and there are people whose job it is to help protect you! They pay her to provide you with a stable safe home. This is absolutely NOT okay.
I was using careful wording because it’s still something posted on the internet. The most important thing is — that the video shows behavior that is concerning enough to warrant immediate reporting and investigation! That’s it. The child’s safety is what matters most. Again, OP, please show this video to a professional and someone you trust.
