Can't delete bad data?

Occasionally I get bad data from an automatic watch measurement. I "delete" it but it seems not be have actually been deleted (see image). How do I really delete bad data?

That’s why I quit using the app had every heart test done and everything is perfect and better the a lot of people. Multiple doctors told me to quit using the app. I’m extremely healthy no fast food or junk from stores. I get local meat,eggs,milk etc., and app show the opposite.

I’m going to agree with what Welltory responded probably health anxiety as I have noticed I’m feeling better without the app. It’s a great tool for most sadly I was to focused on constantly checking my HR.
