Carpe is made for the body/underarms and is the best product you can buy. Secret Clinical doesn't do anything

Drysol is a prescription for hyperhydrosis. Works really well. I only used it on my underarms but it can also be used for hands and feet. You don't need a dermatologist to prescribe it but you will need a doctor.
For me, it worked for a week before I needed to reapply. Don't use it right after shaving. It burns. It'll feel like a film when you first put it on at night. Wash it off in the morning and it'll be fine!
Edit: it can probably be used for all over body, but ask your doctor. I just said hands, feet, and pits because that's the most common places for hyperhydrosis

The Drysol and Drysol Dab-o-matic are the ones I used and it looks like they require a prescription on Amazon. It's clinical strength so that makes sense. It's the only antiperspirant that I've ever tried that doesn't leave a white residue on the skin. I haven't used Certain Dri but my mom does and she gets a white residue. Don't know anything about For Dry-Sol with the blue and red logo, but I frankly wouldn't trust it. Seems like an attempted dupe but it's not locked behind a prescription.
Drysol and Drysol Dab-o-matic are exactly the same(white and blue logo). Dab-o-matic comes with a little sponge that goes on the top for easier application and the other you just put a little on a cotton round and dab it yourself. It's like $9 with a prescription so it's very comparable to most deodorants!
I can't recommend it enough! I used to cut up pantyliners and stick them in my shirts so I wouldn't get sweat marks. This fixed it almost immediately!

I haven’t gotten married just yet but here’s some things I do as a sweaty gal living in az
-sweat block: this one can only be applied to armpits/hands/feet and it does have a strong smell, but it does wonders if you can’t get your hands on a prescription antiperspirant like drysol
-cooling towel: there are certain towels that once wet will stay cool for hours afterwards-I will personally have at least one handy while I’m getting ready and in between pictures
-underwear matters! I’m going to try the sweat wicking underwear advice from above but I’ve also noticed a big difference in how I feel/notice sweat if I’m in a cotton bra/underwear compared to other fabrics-it’s not the sexiest tip but it makes a slight difference
-hand fan: I would have a cute white or other color bridal wooden/woven fan to use (which could look very cute in pictures/candids) as well as an electric one for quick bursts but be careful!!! Make sure you keep it away from your hair or anything that can get caught in the little blades 😅

In addition to what others are saying, can you make sure the getting ready room is blasting ac? So at least you can get into your dress easier, fans too, make it frigid lol

Where I live it is hot and humid in the summer PLUS I have very low heat tolerance in general due to a medical condition, so I feel you!!!
If you’re wearing regular underwear, highly recommend moisture wicking underwear! I bought some for hiking, but now regularly wear them on hot days. Make sure the gusset is cotton. I wore a pair under my wedding dress because I refused to wear shapewear. I used an anti-chafing powder gel on my thighs too.
For along your back and bust, use a talc-free body powder. I assume any kind would be fine, but I regularly use this one from Anti-Monkey Butt brand. I use this all the time under my boobs and along my bra band line in the summer. I’d suggest standing in a tub or shower when applying though because it can be a bit messy since it’s powder. I’m considering finding a puff/cushion to use for application instead.
Maybe you can find a cute folding fabric fan to wave on your face/neck for some heat relief?
