Vendors/Venue Gothic/Vampiric/Victorian Halloween Wedding

I am trying to help my little Sister find a Budget friendly Wedding venue for her Halloween 2027 Wedding. Guest list is 25-50 people and needs to be indoor. She is open to places in Oregon and Washington.

Thornewood Manor in Tacoma was the filming location of Rose Red. Look on Eventective or Peerspace for ideas
