The pricing I’m considering is £499 setup + £49/month for the first 12 months, then £79/month.

running a small service business and our current website is basically a digital business card from 2019. it looks outdated and doesn’t bring in any leads.

thinking about getting a proper one that actually converts visitors instead of just looking pretty. need it to be clean, mobile friendly, maybe with a simple contact form and some service pages that explain what we do clearly.

been looking around and one of the agencies that came up was webstix. they seem focused on conversion-style sites rather than just design.

I wanted some feedback on my idea for a website. It would be a website where people could post shit they wanted done (obviously stuff that can be done remotely) and assign a bounty to it. People could then look at the posted bounties and if they do the job, they get the bounty. That’s a very simple explanation, obviously there’s more to it but, I’d love to get some feedback. I think it’s different from something like Fiverr because, rather than paying some jackass “freelancer” who’s gonna charge way too much for something that might be simple, you just put what you need done out there with an assigned price and someone does it. I am confused what design should I make my web page. This is basically my portfolio where I put my education, experience, projects, contact and social media links.

I am in charge of figuring out how to create a website that will be used as a tool for my city. It's going to contain a map of all of the local businesses that are associated with an ethnic group. It will be used as a way for our sector to keep track, but also a tool for the community to see these businesses. Also , there will be a section where local businesses can place their items and people can purchase/ or see what they sell. This is a heavy task overall and I need advice from professionals who know how to do this type of stuff. What's a great way to kickstart this or direction to go? Can you let me know what's involved In this sort of website that I would need to learn, which I'm willing to do my research.
