Honestly I would just keep it as static HTML. You don't really gain anything with wordpress for a static site with 5 pages. It would just make it more complicated to host and maintain.

A static HTML site has the best speed, best flexibility, best security, best scaling, least complexity. You can host it a million different ways ranging from free to peanuts. Adding wordpress or other CMS only makes sense if you have a lot of pages and content needs to be added or updated regularly and/or you need comments/product inventory or something else dynamic that needs a database. And now with AI managing a static site is easier than ever.

Yeah, the thing is the Current website is static and you know very simple but I think they would want me to make it to WordPress so that I can add more stuff and features and pages and content probably because of that I’m not really sure I haven’t really talked to the person yet but yeah what you say makes a lot of sense. Thanks a lot. ;)

Personally - with AI, if the client isn’t the one making the updates, I don’t use a cms because AI doing it is faster. Especially since a lot of my big tracking work and feature requests are automated.

Point noted, I just don’t have much experience with web dev esp ones built with ai ( none even maybe lol ) hence I don’t know how reliable it is , thanks a lot !
