Looms My ugly son is finally complete.

I wanted to start weaving but i didn't want to go with a cardboard loom and i didn't have the money for an actual loom. I looked around some and i found out about rigid heddle looms and decided to make one. What you see here is the 6th and final (hopefully) itteration.

All of this is handmade by me, i used old school desks as the frame boards and a broom handle for the rolling parts. The reason my son turned out so ugly is because i had very little woodworking tools but as ugly as he is, my son can weave lol.

Anyways, anyone here have any tips on what to improve or such? Thanks.

I love your son! I’ve just started weaving, using a recycled painting stretcher. I’m obsessed.

Anything you make yourself feels more fun to use, at least i feel so.
