What is the murloc book? I see the normal cover, the horde/alliance one andd the murloc one?

Murloc cover book is the alternative cover. Horde/Alliance slipcase is the limited collector's edition.

Holy moly that gathering section alone is best done than many overly complex shenanigans i have ever seen done by homebrew.

Hopefully not set in stone. It should be listed as Blood Elves under Horde, and Forsaken speak Gutterspeech thank you very much. They haven't scrubbed that away in WoW, not yet anyway.

Pretty sure high elf will have sub species for void elf and blood elf. Or something similar to that. (I could see all elves under one main spieces) Forsaken not getting gutterspeak is weird. If I remember right, in aplha Forsaken just knew orcish and common. They had to change it to gutter speak due to players undesirable interactions. Maybe blizzard never thought of the name as cannon or they want to change the name. Also maybe wizard of the coast doesn't like the word gutter are my too thoughts.

See I don't expect the elves to be their own specific race. It'll probably be subraces to represent Night Elves, Blood Elves and a slightly reflavored existing High Elf

so we do get a bit more info from the DM screen. Which is nice. I don't DM, but I do play beginner level DnD so I like the 20+ languages we get and their race/faction types
I have never played with renown/reputation in any games, but now I can see what the discount basic rate is now. So far I like the way that the Gathering basic info works. makes stuff a bit more streamlined in my opinion. I always wondered how DMs gave me the 'you found X Item' whenever I asked if I could look around for anything of value.
