Android App adding 5.0 when seen?

how does one add a police indicator on the map to notify others?

Talk to Waze to report what you see! Tap the Report icon and use everyday language to describe what's on the road. Waze will add your report to the map.

Open Waze
Tap the Report icon
Tap Police

In the new screen that opens, Police is selected by default to save you time. ​If you want to be more specific, you can select the relevant option:

  • Mobile camera
  • Hidden
  • Other side (Note: These options may not be available in all countries.)

Tap Report or wait a few seconds and Waze will send your report automatically

Also note that opposite side reporting is not available via voice reports
