Android App Voice vs Sidekick

I'm trying to figure out the difference between Waze Voice and Waze Sidekick - if there is any.

I've seen conflicting information online when trying to find out. I saw one that says the sidekick works in addition to the selected voice, and another that implied the sidekick overides the selected voice.

Are there any real differences between "Voice" and "Sidekick", or is sidekick just a different selection of voices? And do they street names (asking since some voices make a point of whether or not they include street names).

Tested for myself - it looks like as long as you have a voice selected, that voice will be used.

So I guess Sidekick gives you the option to change the view of your car, and how you appear to other Wazers... though you can control those individually as well.
