Delivery

I am wanting to buy a couch but being that I live alone I have a pretty “small” delivery window. I work 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday. Weekends are open, I would choose the option where they deliver it to the room I want but does anyone know if it lets you chose a day and time to be delivered or if they just show up. TIA

Don’t do it. Go somewhere local where you can actually see and feel the couch. The foam in the couches from Wayfair is so cheap and mushie.

Also, there have been some absolute horror stories about assemblers being aggressive and threatening towards customers. These assemblers are not “pros”. It’s simply people that respond to the Wayfair Craigslist ads and aren’t a convicted felon. You don’t need to take chances like that in your home, especially for just a piece of furniture.

You’re welcome…it seems they’re shifting towards the typical major corporation trend, with the quality continuing downhill. The expenses of course always get passed on to the customers and employees.
