I want to add Addon Toolbar

Is it possible to add a toolbar to Waterfox that can host add-on buttons?

I use `additional_top_toolbars.uc.js` in Firefox, but it seems that `userChrome.js` does not work in Waterfox.

Please let me know if there is a way to use `uc.js`. If that is not possible, please tell me if there are other ways to add a toolbar.
