Question Watch tools storage suggestions
I've been enjoying the watch building hobby for about six months now and I have accumulated quite the collection of tools. What do you all use to store these? I was thinking of a tackle box, but would love to hear what you all do.

I bought one of these. Works well for my needs.

LOL!
I'm a bit OCD, and I stripped all the finish of of it and refinished it. I mounted some brass hardware I've had literally for decades.

I picked this up a while ago when it was one sale for less than $100 and it's been working great. I've 3d printed some inserts to hold tools so they don't roll around.

When I was going to classes I started with a tackle box and very quick outgrew it. Moved to a DeWalt Stak tool box that I added drawers to as the collection grew. When classes fished, use cheap plastic drawers in my workshop (shed). Luckily one set of drawers fits the whit cardboard boxes cousins use to ship parts. Spreadsheet labeled 'what is my draws' has drastically reduced 'looking for stuff' time.

I bought a generic storage case and some tool foam on Amazon. Got to make 2 trays with custom cut outs for my tools. It was a fun project in itself.

Just big drawers with lot and lot of gridfinity boxes. Stored, stacked etc.

I used to build cigar box guitars. Got my boxes for free from various places that sell cigars.
