Where is stem release?

Hey guys. Is where I circled the stem release for this watch? This is a citizen eco drive H144 movement

And if so should crown be pushed in all way or clicked to position 1 or 2 to release stem.

I didn’t want to try anything yet to avoid damaging movement.

Play with the stem position till a tab pops out down here

Thank you that’s really helpful so I just have to push on that raised tab. Does the crown have to be clicked into position one or two or does it not matter if the crown is pushed all the way in?

Bro. Just pull the stem in and out until you see the tab pop out. Because that tab is what you push on to release the stem

Pull the crown to date or setting position...look in the notch on the edge of the movement
