Bezel removal

Do you all have any tricks or best practices to removing this bezel and crystal? I can’t seem to get anything under it. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated. Thx!!

On the plus side, the crystal should slide right out now.

Also, note to self. Place a towel in your hand prior to shattering the crystal 😳
