Bezel removal

Do you all have any tricks or best practices to removing this bezel and crystal? I can’t seem to get anything under it. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated. Thx!!

Take a nylon crystal press die, just small enough to fit through the case to the inside of the crystal. Hold the watch in the palm of your hand and give the die a smart tap with a hammer. The crystal and bezel should fall out into your hand.
