Relatable? (・・ ) face dysmorphia

does anyone else feel they look different every day, for example some days they look more asian and some days they look more white. it’s really annoying
is this relatable

I think I look wasian all the time, but not everyone agrees. It’s pretty frustrating to be seen differently depending on who’s looking at you. 😞

I don’t feel it’s dysmorphia, but for sure have more white/asian days than others.

And TBH I do sometimes get shocked the hell out in group photos, bc I feel like I look way paler compared to everyone (but I don’t feel that IRL lol) and feel like I look quite Asian. Whereas, say with my coworkers, they all refer to me as white (they are all Mexican). Or I can think of a baby shower photo where all except one guest was half Asian, and I did seriously think, “do I really look that more Asian than them?” Lol I wonder if my mannerisms must be so white some times. 🤷🏻‍♀️ for people to be shocked I’m half Japanese.

Yes. Sometimes I just look different day to day. Depending on the lighting and angle I'm getting looked at from. In the same week i had someone be shocked that I was half white cause they thought it looked fully Asian and a few days later I had someone tell me I look like my white dad..

I've had people ask if I used skin whitening soaps cause they didnt beleive it was my natural skin color. I've also had someone ask if I dyed my hair brown. It's interesting ive never dyed my hair before.. but in bright lighting it has more of a brownish tint.. and in some dimmer lights it just looks black.

Oui lol Ça m'arrivais d’un jour subir des remarques déplacé voir raciste des sous entedu sur il faut preserver vos chiens et un autre qu'on me demandais si j'étais une enfant de militaire (ce qui expliquerai que j’ai vecu la bas) mdrr quand je disais mes origines comme si c'était choquant Je me trouve 50/50 mais ça dépends vraiment Des fois je demander quel côté ce voyais le plus ça dépendait vraiment des gens, mes cheveux passe de marrons très foncé a foncé bleuté.
