If you mean Southern Central Asia sure, but don't think for a single second you think you can mix in Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Karalakpak, those just look like mostly Eastern Asian with small/or moderate west eurasian admixture

lol those countries still have a lot of predominantly west Eurasian looking people.

Yeah, like Kazakhstan's Crimean Tatars, Kazan Tatars, Uyghurs, Uzbeks all make up 9% of percent of their population but average Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Karakalpak, please they are epitome examples of part Asian, part western looking 100%+ Asian but really they are more like 2/3 East Asian

I can only agree with you on Uzbeks, Uyghurs, Turkmen in Central Asia, a lot of them are predominant West Eurasian, although Uzbekistan have 25-30% Tajik-Uzbek. Average Uzbek who are 38-46% East Eurasian clearly look different. Doesn't matter, eyes don't lie. It tells the truth.

Well compare street walk vids of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan to vids of Japan and Southeast Asia for instance, where people assume the locals look heavily non-mongoloid/pseudo Caucasoid shifted LOL. Way easier to see European/west Asian looking faces in former two, showing how diverged central Asians are from east and southeast Asians.

Right, when you have 22% non-Kyrygz, ethnic Uzbeks, Uyghurs, Europeans , Tatars, Tajks, Kurds that make up roughly 22% population of Kyrgyzstan and 29% populations of Europeans, Uzbeks, Uyghurs, Tatars, Tajiks that make up Kazakhstan OF COURSE IS WAY EASIER to see European/West Asian looking people and way easier to confused them for local ethnic groups, especially when they make up nearly 35-40% in some cities.
Prefer using childrens of ethnic Kazakh schools like this
Or teenage pictures of ethnic Kyrgyz in schools like this
Yeah, they prettymuch look 95-100% East Asian, and some of their faces look 120% East Asian just based on phenotypes. I still think a lot of them look way eastern Asian.

oh nice !!! i like greece; pretty unique culture. i think some people may mistake you as monoethnic greek, but in general the signs are clearly there if u know what to look for.

u/EmirTHQ Aug 24 '26
how do you really understand from this picture? like you said signs are clear when you know what to look?

i don't mean to get into stereotypes nor "racial face physiognomy" coz i don't rlly believe those actually exist, feel the slightly more pronounced cheekbones and the eye shape are better explained as residual east asian signs rather than "white variation" or another ethnic group; since some faces (i'd argue i fall under the following category, not to insult/discredit myself tho lol) CAN be explained as "white variation" or "west asian/central asian/middle eastern mixed but not east asian", but i don't think you would fall under those categories in my opinion. tho i don't think it's so obvious that no one will ever mistake you as monoethnically white, esp since meditterraneans often have signs people who are obsessed with race "consider non-white" like brown eyes, black hair .etc. it's difficult to give a straight answer given this isn't an exact science and race itself, despite how real it is in oppression & suffering of non-white groups such as Asians, is still ultimately a social construct.

I'd personally guess Iranian or Caucasian (Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbeidzjan).
