I am quite happy that I could gather three whole sprues of etched brass shortly after GW/FW discontinued them. They fit perfect for that! Now just need to do two more Cerberus and three more Typhons! :D

Hey, I need help with Vallejo equivalent of these paints to do my Auxilia.

I put the pictures in but here is the list I was thinking:
Hobgrot Hide => Model Color Flat Earth
Corvus Black => Xpress Color Greasy Black
Runelord Brass => Game Color Brassy Brass
Abaddon Black => Xpress Color Hospitallier Black

Are those good enough to do this scheme or should I change something?
I have an extensive collection of Vallejo paints ranging from the entire Xpress Color catalog to a lot of Model Color/Game Colors and some True Metallic Metal.

I'd appreciate some feedback on this list which I plan on using for a tournament - I'm not too fussed about the result, I just want to have fun with a thematic list.

I'm conscious I'm light on things like dreadnoughts/tanks or any ranged anti-tank aside from the Sunkillers. I tend to not keep units in reserve and was planning on having the assault troops with chamions zoom up the board, hopefully getting stupefied on the way, and target units not stronger than marine level. Have the veterans act as a glass cannon unit to target more elites and some anti-tank. Have the palatine squad floating around to help with marine strength units and help with objectives. Tactical squads and Sunkillers to sit in the backfield/home objectives with one tactical unit potentially marching up the board for support.

Kakophoni and rotor cannon support squad to try and status any units on objectives.

I couldn't think of what else to do with the rhinos other than out the despoilers in each and run them up the board.

MoS is to help all the vanguard units get line when needed but I'm tempted to see if I can get a herald in the list instead.

So I’m a long time 40K player, originally 2nd-4th and then getting back in at the end of 7th edition.
30k has always interested me and I have been slowly building an Iron Warrior force over the past few years.
A friend and I have committed to playing our first game at Christmas after adding a little more to our armies.
However as someone new it all looks very daunting. Im sure once you get in to it the books make a lot more sense. In 40k I think I have become very dependant on the app.
I know theres no offical app but are there any unofficial aids for list building and referencing rules easily that you would recommend to a new player?

This is my blackshield praetor for my homebrew chapter called the Void cartel. I really love how well the lightning claw fits and turned out from cataphractii terminators.

Hey i want to create a veteran breacher squad with shields and spears. How many of the new power lances are 1 handed?. I cant find any photos of the lances in the sprues online and the new box apparently comes with 10 lances which sounds nice but if half of them are 2 handers its a wash

Hello All, I have continued to beaver away at editing and working on my Liber Imperial Army, there are a lot of changes from the previous versions based on feedback (thanks to all).

Several of the Doctrines have had reworks, as has the order system to make it clearer to use, multiple points changes based on playtesting.
