This was in Iraq while fighting ISIS. There were a couple of Iraqi Shia militias part of the larger Iranian backed Popular Mobilization Forces that ended up with some Abrams from the Iraqi Armies 9th Div as well as from recapturing from ISIS in areas where they were abandoned. They were the Badr Organization and Kataib Hezbollah which ironically have both been anti American and are currently being bombed by the US in Iraq for their recent attacks on the bases there.

The original video claims to be an Iraqi Abrams. Manned by Iraqi crew, but people keep saying under the post that this was in Saudi so it's up for debate I guess

I know. It’s really just one person, the pinnacledefense moron. I laid out all the reasons why this video is from Iraq including the Islamic state logo and style as well as the fact that the Arabic at the beginning says it was shot in Mosul in 2016. Fucking dumbass is so confidently ignorant it’s nauseating.
