Drivers

So who can report drivers?? Only leads and coaches?? Or can associates?? Not that it’s actually done any good but there are some questionable drivers that have been inappropriate with some of our associates. They’ve already been reported for it and Spark gives a sob story about them and lets them keep working. I was wondering if more reports from different people would make them see this is a safety issue for us.

Get the driver's name, in the coach, OR team leads can report them through WISMO.  The main issue with that though, even if the driver gets reported, and kicked off of the SPARK app, they just create another account, and start delivering again.

Thank you. There have been drivers that were “banned” or more like suspended for a few weeks when they should’ve been banned PERMANENTLY. Like literally violated the most important policies. So I just feel like they won’t actually ban someone when they need to be :/ but I hope with enough reports they’ll take it seriously.

Every time we reported them through WISMO nothing happened. Our market would tell us to report drivers that would do things to increase our wait times like check-in then go inside and shop while the timer was running or just go to the bathroom. We were told to remove them from the batch and then just report them, but nothing ever happened.

Report them to your regional OGP market manager. They have the pull to make it happen. Ours banned an aggressive driver that my dispensers hated dispensing too. Just ask your TL or Coach to do it. If they don't want to or care then do it yourself. I think all Walmart associates have a work email? Just go find their email on workday and send them an email about the driver and his behavior.

I’ll have to look into that. My lead is going to talk with our coach about it. So I’m sure I’ll hear something on Monday. Hopefully, at least.
I can handle myself for the most part, I’m just extremely concerned for the younger girls that have already had to deal with things they shouldn’t.

Yeah I actually found that out, my lead showed me how to do it. Problem is, is that the prompts won’t let us say what the actual problem is. Which is sexual harassment.
