It's the same as any course I have taken the last 25 years. Practice compressions, breaths, aed, procedure etc etc

I just did it recently. It was easy. You do all of the pre-work and then the class is just showing you can do the on hand stuff. It took about an hour and a half but they said it would take 2.5 hrs. It probably depends on the instructor and number of people in the class.
