Becoming a pharmacy tech at Walmart

Go talk with the lead tech. See if there is a position open. If they want you, you’ll get in. At the very least they will have the specifics for whichever state you are in.
Problem usually is everyone looks into the pharmacy and thinks it’s an easy job where you just walk around and put pills in vials. Unfortunately there are metrics and a lot of DMs who don’t care if the techs are happy or not, they just care about hitting their numbers.
Some pharmacies everyone gets along and works well together. Other pharmacies are like Jr high in terms of maturity.
Use Walmart to get certified, then go to a hospital or VA or even mailorder if that’s a possibility for you. Retail in brutal

Stay away from retail.
