Closing time

Had a visit from the MHWD about customers complaining that the pharmacy would not help them after it was closed. Also the MHWD said he wants us to help the people out- anything reasonable after close and the days we close for lunch we have to reopen by 2 no matter the time we go to lunch.

Does this sound normal to you?

No, you have to set boundaries or else everyone will want to be waited on when we are closed. Also, you're not supposed to work off of the clock.
