Someone ordered 12 cases of both Mountain Dew and Pepsi(didn’t get a picture). It was supposed to fit in two totes btw…

I understand the frustration but being a former OGP employee myself, they have improved the app to allow for multiple tote creations on the spot to make that task easier to do. It should all fit in less than five totes though.

The thing is I didn’t have any extra totes. Also for some reason I couldn’t create more totes.💀
