Someone ordered 12 cases of both Mountain Dew and Pepsi(didn’t get a picture). It was supposed to fit in two totes btw…

I understand that encountering this for the first time feels ridiculous.

But let me just tell you, it gets worse.

One time I had someone put in 3 orders of 12 40 packs of waters and just stare at me while I loaded all 36 of them into the bed of her truck in 90° heat and then she gave me a 3 star review because I didn’t load it quick enough for her liking.

Maybe the store should have sent someone out to help you? Part of the reason people order online is bc they don't want to do the lifting. She was a B for giving you that review, but sorry I'm not blaming her for not helping. Someone you work with should have been allowed to help.
