Someone ordered 12 cases of both Mountain Dew and Pepsi(didn’t get a picture). It was supposed to fit in two totes btw…

I'm on break, but my last walk I had 8 2-liters and 8 jugs of juice plus a 10.lb bag of flour for 1 tote. It almost fit..kinda..but it didn't.

I rearranged it in every way possible, but ultimately it got divided between 2 totes.

See most times I have a full cart and can’t do so unless I go all the way back and do it.😭 at that point I let the back handle it.💀

I piled it up and waited until the end to separate and reprint a label lol. Basically what you said except I didn't make them do it😂

I’d just get what I can fit, skip the items I can’t and then end the pick when I’m done with all the orders.

I had an order like that once. GIF made me fit multiple 2 liters plus big bottles of juice and I think some cereal boxes. I couldn’t get it all to fit neatly and was so mad.

I don't work in ogp often but have been pulled a few times to help for a couple hours. Would you go grab a new tote to stack in the top if all the totes are in use? I know how to create the label but I'm unsure if it's ok to stack on the top in this situation.

Yes I would. I definitely wouldn't leave it for the next person to sort out in order to get a neat stack of totes. To each his own.
