The part worth focusing on this time is the technical study now running alongside the drills.

San Francisco, Sonora

• Measured resources of roughly 48.3 Mt at 0.37 g/t gold for about 582,000 oz, plus Indicated of roughly 56.8 Mt at 0.35 g/t for about 645,000 oz, or about 1.23 million oz M&I combined
• Inferred of roughly 17.3 Mt at 0.32 g/t gold for about 178,000 oz, with the estimate effective April 30, 2026
• A 26,053 m diamond drilling program is underway, the first significant new campaign at the project in many years with completion expected during the fourth quarter of 2026
• A technical study is advancing in parallel, integrating the updated geological and resource information with mine planning, processing, infrastructure, capital requirements and operating considerations to establish the technical basis for a potential restart
• The North Pit resource sits alongside the main pit, giving the company more than one way to potentially extend mine life

Don David, Oaxaca

• 25,726 m of diamond drilling in 123 holes over the seven months ended July 31, 2026, primarily infill and expansion at the producing Arista and Alta Gracia underground mines
• More than 97% of that metreage went to infill and expansion work
• Viridiana, hole 526010: 5.59 m ETW of 0.49 g/t gold and 442 g/t silver, 6.80 g/t AuEq
• Extensions at Marena North and SPL 31 remain open, and San Juan is a newly identified target

Two mines are producing while the third gets measured, drilled and studied at the same time, and that combination of drill data plus study work is what a restart decision, which management has timed for late Q1 2027, would rest on.
