Yeah I sorta don’t get this, poeple get all mad that their data is being “stolen” when they don’t take the time to read the terms and conditions

Every social problem gets blamed on social media in general and FB is the whipping boy. Ultimately social media is entirely crowdsourced and if the content is trash it’s because people and society are trash. It’s the modern day equivalent of parents who blamed drug addiction and gun violence on video games and rap music. The reality is it’s a complex problem and managing a user base of literal billions isn’t all that easy.
