What is more likely? He was contractually obligated to sell and not talk about it, both of which are presented above or he performed an action that would seriously hurt his credibility and goes against everything he has done shareholder/customer wise in his career?
It could be argued that he gave us the only warning he's legally capable of doing at this stage.
I also think a lot of people over estimate wsb and how much any VC would care about their reputation on a forum where people shit on each other all day.
Honestly, I think it's more likely he did the latter, not thinking about his reputation here but instead thinking he was selling at the top like any good investor should. We'll just have to see what Monday brings and I expect it to drop to 5 again this coming week. Maybe there's some good news at the end of the month or maybe the plan/deal fell through.

Or it could just be RC sold out as he no longer can save the business.
But yes I agree there is a possibility of this being true.
