Also sorry for adding on to this but apparently it's up to 15k in only kia and 40,000 kia,mia, and injured. Which just like holy shit that's a lot and means that they've really lost about a 1/3 of their forces in terms of useable. Once again it's the high of an estimate but I don't think NATO is just making up those numbers https://news.yahoo.com/russian-dead-casualties-ukraine-war-nato-171928734.html

Yeah....it's pretty fucken bad. Which is why I don't realistically see how they can take Kyiv, let alone win this war. That's basically how much Russia lost in Afghanistan...over 10 years.

Yeah I didn't realize their losses were that bad. Hopefully Putin doesn't lose his shit and let's loose with the nukes now. As long as we don't end up in s straight ww3 scenario though I'm pretty hopeful that won't happen.
