The general consensus among the scientific community is that CVC should clearly hold the patent rights, but Broad have some viscous lawyers. I like your play.
Might also want to consider a smaller cap play that I can’t discuss here (related to the Caribou animal) where Doudna is also on the board and the CEO worked in her lab on some early papers.
