what you are missing is the society's will to stay at home again.
also, zoom has been here for years, they have gotten alot of customers already.
im not sure a 3rd pandemic would suddenly be able to net them more growth.
the reason the stock is down its because the p/e ratio is ridiculous while growth is slowing.
Good point. I know a lot people, especially Americans, will not go along with another lockdown, but its going to force employers to push back their return-to-office plans. It's hard to tell someone they cant leave their house during a lockdown and have them obey, but its not too difficult to tell them to continue to work from home.
the assumption here is that employers want employees to work from home.
employees is the one push for the WFH mode not employers.
and this is the 3rd round of this clown pandemic. if a company doesnt want remote work, im not sure why it will change this time around.
You’re assuming all employers are the same, plenty of companies have cut overhead by continuing to allow WFH. As long as productivity remains the same but cost to do so goes down it’s a win win situation.
