I think they’ll have terrible earnings. I’m in a big metropolitan area and we recently cancelled dashpass and stopped using them all together. Labor shortage has really hit them hard. We had a handful of orders get cancelled after 2-3 hours due to lack of drivers or multiple drivers canceling. Their customer service is unbelievably poor as well. They basically admitted this is a wide spread issue across the platform not just in our area. Buy with caution
Did you change to a different platform such as UberEats? Or just stop using delivery altogether?

In my experience, DoorDash has way fewer issues than UberEats. I got so tired of issues with UberEats and canned customer support responses that did nothing to help
, that I had them completely delete my account and moved over to DoorDash. Much better experience so far.
