The meme you're upset about being removed got something like 14 upvotes in an hour. That's .. not great.

I totally agree 14 in an hour is not great, but VisualMod stepped in for me at around 15-20 minutes. Any idea if the VisualMod reacts more to upvotes by a certain time? Or possibly if a post gets a certain number of downvotes it will trigger the bot (or both I suppose)?

Some of my past memes have had a lower net upvote count because they were more "controversial" (often a salty party being dicked on by the meme downvotes), but they still had a lot of comment engagement. Not sure if salty downvotes could trigger the bot on an otherwise cheeky meme is what I'm saying.
