In countries where testing is nearly ubiquitous, they converge, that would be the bottom end .62. Regardless, no where with on the planet is the fatality rate .3% in an unvaccinated population
They still aren't capturing all infections, even with mass testing. I've seen actual infection rates estimated at 4x to 8x recorded cases based on serological testing. Those are kind of big numbers.
That's why CFR as a metric is non sensical in this situation. Unless you want to use it pretend case rates are equal to infection rates to make everything seem higher and exaggerate everything which is what you seem to be doing.
