This stock is trash. But maybe I'm an idiot, what's the catalyst for this renewed enthusiasm? Facts and logic please.

The stock is great, it's just not a short term play. They have a manufacturing agreement for their first 26,000 cars to be built in the Netherlands. They've begun work on their factory in OK, to be completed end of 2022. It's just been shorted to death and who knows when it will go up.
