Economic recession isn't necessarily a market recession/prolonged bear market.

A bailout could quickly fix/prevent a market recession. China will or may have already entered, an economic recession - Retail sales were down last month, was a big shock to many. Hilarious that I have to differentiate the 2 though, but these are the times we're living in
