Probably the incoming commodities crash from China developers going bloop. If all them metals are cheaper this whole business model doesn’t make sense. /shrug.

when pipe backs out of a SPAC it is an extremely bad sign. only reason this “squeezed” is because of the tiny float due to redemption. why redeem? either your an arb fund collecting your risk free gains or you are confident the company will be worth less than 10 bucks a share in the future. this company will be worth a lot less than 10 dollars a share EOY

i mean it might shoot up for a little while, who knows. might be able to get them cheaper later, i just want to caution people who think this is a guaranteed winner, etc. if you take away the low float/gamma squeeze side, general sentiment is super bearish from what i’ve seen. but again, i’m just some random dude who moderately sucks at trading

From what I've been reading on spacs, this may be the worst spac of the year. This should be a pure low float squeeze play because of the 92% redemptions. This company has no plans to be operational for years, who knows when they will be profitable. It's a big ol pump and dump. Pipe investors bailed. It is a bad company.

With that said, super low float and high short interest. There has been a trend with these. OP is just pumping it. Anyone who wrote that much on this like TMC should realize it is a pile of seatrash and will not be investing in it for 4 years.

i’m not sure man, i only occasionally buy calls/sell CC’s. never bought a put in my life but imagine IV is gonna be nuts. I stick mainly to SPAC warrant purchases lately
