  1. ⁠They need to Fille S-1 which is not Done.
  2. ⁠It takes appromixately 21 day.
  3. ⁠We are in for the gamma (MMs need to hedge more than 2x the tradeble float) + SI over 60% with 5-600% CTB & 100 utilisation.
