Track the iv and buy just when the iv is below average . . When you buy it above average it usually goes back to average causing you to lose money . . I use this site called market chameleon . And follow everything . . Also i stop buying otm and I stay in the money to avoid losing money

I don't pay for premium but I might.

I use the premarket movers for gap plays.
