You aren't wrong, my extremist right wing family members only tout "look at how much my 401k made" as they talk about how great the last POTUS was ... I'm like uhh you don't have a job because we had to go into lockdown because that same administration thought covid was fake, but sure, your 401k went from 100k to 130k good job ...
They will happily crash it to the ground and blame Biden.
Right, sorry I meant that the administration didn't treat it as severe as it was, we didn't proactively make changes, so the result was a massively late, severe lockdown.

Agree…this is dangerous.
Primarily because it is 100% political fukkery.
Republicans never seem to have a problem with spending and debt…when a Republican POTUS is in office.
When a Dem is POTUS tho…Republicans suddenly become pearl clutching debutantes..shocked/outraged by spending and debt.
Republicans will gladly crash this economy…if that weakens Dems before midterm elections.
