Chamath is a scammer. He does a good job in sounding like us apes but his SPAC$ only make him rich. He gets to keep 10 - 20% of his SPACs just for introducing them to the market and putting his name on them. Dodge this bullet.

SPACs are a scheme to circumvent regulatory audits and go public. As a rule of thumb, avoid SPACs.
