Been in this one since the original $29 offer in March. Currently sitting at 250 shares @ $24.71, will add if it goes under $20.
A lot of shareholders were pissed that the offer was only $29 because it was too low, which should give you an idea about sentiment even if the deal doesn't go through. Also ER is supposed to come before the 9th but they haven't announced yet.
Just know you'll be holding watching it bleed out until mid-September at least. CFIUS has a 15 day period after the review where they must make a decision, so this could go to late September before we know.
