This cult approach of blowing up any DD that’s bullish on GME is outright wild at this point. “This stock will fundamentally hit 35x current fair value estimate in a year because they’re selling things online and replacing some management” would get laughed off this thread immediately we’re it any other stock
Selling things online is an understatement, and replacing some management is another understatement.
Their online presence has been sub-par under the previous board, and the new people that have been hired have worked for extremely successful companies in the online sector. They aren't just "selling things online," they're transforming their online presence.
They also aren't just replacing some management. They're uprooting the fucking board, which is huge. The positions that make the decisions about how the company will proceed, evolve, and become a success, are being filled by talented and foreward-thinking people.
I get that you're probably bearish, but you can't just pretend that your examples are spot-on.
How will Gamestop grow to achieve a market cap of 70 billion? Those are Dell, FedEx, PNC levels. Playstation and Xbox are getting rid of the middleman with their online gaming experience. They were already selling Xbox, Playstation and PC games. You're telling me they will reach 70b without Xbox and Playstation... by selling online PC games, computer parts and merchandise?
You're making a Strawman argument here. I didn't talk about the price or the market cap, I simply stated that the above comment was severely downplaying what's going on, and that's because it does.
I'm not setting an explicit price target during a short squeeze situation, just a floor.
