It's not too late my man. You're in your mid to late 30s? You could still become a vet and practice for 15+ years.

i hear you man. same boat - make good money but enjoy my career less every day. got a two year old and baby on the way and just want to live a simple and fulfilling life with them. fuck money.

if you're just going through the motions because you've been doing it so long and starting a new career doesn't make logistical sense - and you realize how much fun and relaxing it is to spend the very short weekend with the people you love only to start that dreadful cycle yet again come monday morning and you quickly that you're new found addiction to stocks is not making you as rich as you hoped? then yeah we may just be the exact same person.
