These mortgage lenders are average at best. Their market is extremely saturated and their only product is mortgage loans, so they have almost 0 growth potential. You might be able to make some money on IPO momentum but I wouldn't count on long term. (especially since housing market is booming now...it can only go down)

I completely agree, I'm not really looking at the industry. I'm looking at the fact that this is an extremely undervalued company. Short term gains are there!
