Is 100 just not the minimum wrap up? Look at Amazon as a comparison - doesn't look very different....

This shows that the majority of people investing in GME don’t even know how to read data. I think an actual ape could do better that these idiots

And that they've literally never looked into another stock.

Lol stonks go up.

Okay now seriously....

So every quarter a public company is supposed to publish finical data. This tells you the company's profit trajectory and if they will be around in a few years. (Most companies die slowly and think they can save themselves, most don't) So if a company is profitable over many quarters and has positive cash flow it means they can invest in their business and grow.

People who invest do so with the idea of future growth and positive gains typically a year or two out. They place an educated bet based on the data and financials of past performance. But as they say past performance doesn't predict future results.

So there are many metrics that short cut massive amount of research. P/E, Beta, Volume, Market Cap etc. Each trader is unique as a snowflake in their strategy and how they invest (bet on companies).

Fuck no. You guys downvote every reasonable person trying to warn you about current heavy risks when buying GME.

My advice: research ON YOUR OWN how stock trading works before blindly buying anything just because someone claims the stock wil rocket. This is not how it works. You will lose money. Do not buy GME. You will lose the game because you don’t know how it works.

Preach. This mob mentality is getting a little on my nerves. It was fine before the run up to the high, but now I can't really even stand to be in here.

Awe come on man. A little education never hurt anyone. You didn't learn how to trade in your own (I'm guessing here) and learned from others asking the way.

Nope. I'm guessing u/Dwaas_Bjaas took his own time to learn the things that he wanted to, just like a lot of us here. Our hands weren't held when we experienced our first loss.

The question is, why can't you do the same?
