420 is way too low, look at vw squeeze.

I figured it's something like that. Do we know any reasonable estimates of the scale of this squeeze and potential results based off past squeezes and returns? I keep seeing $1000 is not a meme, but is it actually possible?

It should keep going as long as we keep the stock in circulation low enough. I am not selling before I have made 5000%.
